What should I change this to? I heard this would be over clockable.

Xeon chips aren't overclockable via multiplier, something like a 4690K and a GTX 970 would be better in terms of watercooling since you can overclock the CPU. They also don't make a full cover waterblock for the GTX960

Ok. I changed the PCpartpicker. If you know any water cooling stuff for all of it, I would appreciate

Do u mean a custom loop, or a liquid aio cooler?

Also u dont have a psu

Anyway i reconfiged somehow your build to a better one if you plan to overclock

I know there isn't a PSU. Reusing one, and changing that rig to a NVidia card. Prefer them. Never had issues with them. Had issues with AMD

In terms of components for watercooling EKWB should basically have all the GPU and CPU blocks you need, they also have good reservoirs.

For pump go with wither either a DDC or D5 pump which is basically the gold standard.

Rads are fairly straight forward theses days i personally like Alaphcool since they are fairly silence oriented with low FPI.

If you want to keep costs lower getting a kit from EKWB or XSPC and adding in a waterblock for the GPU give fairly good value.
