Really another youtube interface

Wow I go on youtube and I see a new interface that don't even look good took the left bar away to a click on so dumb, Whats your opinions guys?

The YouTube interface looked normal on my 4:3 monitor. Then, when I used my 16:9 monitor I was amazed at how much space was wasted to the right. You'd think they'd at least use that space to show the full title, description, etc.

I'm using a custom layout right now, but this would probably rustle my jimmies beyond language.

Try using Magic Actions for Chrome if you can; it seems to fix this issue ^_^ and it has a light switch to enable a dark youtube. (I use dark themes for pretty much everything xD)

set the zoom on that site to be higher by the looks of it you have it on 50%

It's on 100% and if I turn it higher it's too blocky for me.

125% zoom with Magic Actions work great for me.

I really miss the old days of youtube. Every video box was 4:3 and no video quality settings. Just click play and watch

Are you on like 75% zoom? I use 100% and i don't get that much blank space on my 1080p monitor.

I've not seen a new layout yet, however, every now and then, when I click on a video, the layout will get centralised and disordered. That's only been happening for a week or two now though.

I've been having it for a while and I partialy got used to it, but it's still got some weird problems though.

Also it somehow fits perfectly on a 1024x768 laptop screen.

Bad scaling, I can't imagine if it's the same on a 2800x1800 macbook pro.
