Windows 10 and Bluetooth connectivity issue

Hello, 

 

after taking the plunge and running Win10 on my daily driver. I love it except for one problem with bluetooth.

 

So basically what i need to be able to do is connect my phone and have audio playback through my computer. Coming from Windows 8.1 this was never an issue. But it seems that windows 10 has screwed this up. My devices can pair, and are detected when searching to pair. But im completely unable to connect. In addition, where has the bluetooth options gone? You know the one where u choose Audio playback via Computer, Transfer Files,

So did this get dropped in windows 10? or if not how can i get to it...

 

 

 

Is anyone else is having the same issue?
