so ive been getting this while playing games lately and its starting to get annoying http://puu.sh/jk1Xt/298b9f064f.png

i don't know what to do and im about to throw my computer out the window cause it dose it after the game has been open for 5 minutes or after like an hour so i have no idea what to do

no there is an update tho,, but all my friends tell me not to update cause it will mess with shit
