Windows keeps restarting

So I recently updated to Windows 10 left it downloading overnight tried turning my pc on this morning keeps booting loading start up then just shuts of and keeps restating over and over

Any ideas?

Corrupted update. You need to try start it in safe mode or restore to previous point. You may need to complete reinstall if the two methods don't work.

Try a hard-reset or restore and reload again, it seems that there is a lot of people had this problem
