Download and run that^ Will let you skip the whole "wait 'til it's ready" and lets you run the upgrade from that tool.

Every time i try to run the GWX program it crashes after saying 'please wait'. can anyone help me out?

I am disappointed with windows 10.

The build of it i used on a virtual machine 8 - 6 months ago was alot better and seemed like it would be good.

(It is not that good, or at least not as good as i hoped)
