CMD Windows poping up randomly

Hi so I have checked my PC for viruses with 3 different programs and they said that it had malware but they removed it. Every now and then for a split second a command prompt window will pop up and say I am in a full screen game when they pop up it will take me to the desktop. What is this and how can I fix it.

 

FIX: It was the MySql Community installer

maybe u can try ADWcleaner

go to startup programs and disable the ones u dont need

Might aswell try a boot scan. I know avast offers it, there might be other antivirus which offers the feature.

I am getting something similar. A message will appear for a split second specifying virus protection or something similar. I've already got windows defender running and my gaming PC is virtually empty, so there would not be any viruses or adware to my knowledge.

The problem was the MySql Community installer

I am happy now because I can actually play some games without them minimising all the time
