What's the system being used for?

Change the mobo to a non-Z type motherboard, will save you abou $30 and you don't really need it.

If you are going for a quiet PC, wich I assume you are since you are watercooling a non-K processor, you might want to consider some very quiet fans like the Noctua NF-F12. Though you might want to wait to see how loud the PC is going to be with these components.

Your parents are gona really appreciate you wasting money for NO REASON on that AIO watercooler and an expensive Z mobo.

But most importantly - what is the system gona be used for?

Cuz if its for everything besides demanding gaming, its better to get this:

http://www.amazon.com/Zotac-ZBOXNANO-AQ02-U-Quad-Core-A8-5545M-Barebone/dp/B00K8QE6YC

Fit it with a 256 gig SSD and mount it to the back of this:

They`ll appreciate that way more - and actually enjoy using an SSD pc that doesnt have a PC tower, not to mention they`ll REALLY enjoy that 27" IPS 1080p monitor.

Thats what i`d make for my parents if it wasnt for any demanding gaming.
