7.1 audio doesn't exist on headphones/headsets, its just marketing. Its better to get a good headphone like sennheiser, audio technica, etc.

You mean something like the Tiamat?

It sacrifices driver size to put multiple drivers that sound worse. Headphones don't need 7.1 audio, watch this video.

EDIT: Also I mentioned audio technica and sennheiser because they were the first to come to mind, I don't really know that much about headphones.

ik. Its just the usb sound card that simulates 7.1

The thing is you don't need that usb sound card. Most games have a setting for headphones that does that, and you can use it with any headphone. Those headphones you listed cost ~80$, for that price you can get a good quality headphone that's gonna sound much better both in games and when listening to music.

Nowadays the motherboard integrated sound cards are more than enough (except for high end 200$ headphones). That usb sound card is mainly for the "sorround sound", but it could be helpful if you don't have an audio jack like on a notebook for example.

Alright. You didnt really answer my question though. Does the usb sound card make any difference in sound quality. Would the earphones sound the same without the usb sound card?
