Thinking of dropping a rad will it be ok with my stuff?

Just like the title says. Thinking of dropping bottom rad to accommodate 1200w psu will I still be able to over clock my cpu and gpus safely? Amd fx 8350 and dual r9 290xs

That's more than plenty, should be not fine, but spectacular...

Yeah I got this be quiet 1200w psu looks so nice I said either I cut the front frame of the 750d but cooling won't be right or I sacrifice it. It will be cool even if I overclock both cpu and gpus?

240mm is more than enough for that CPU, 360mm is more than enough for those GPUs, so temps are not gonna be what limit your overclock.

Wanted to ask the pump should I put it full crank or in the middle? Was thinking of slowing down the pump to like 3 or so
