Windows 10 installer in the wrong language.

I've got legit Win 8.1 and i'm trying to do an upgrade to Win10. And it seems to be in chinese/japanese - the first steps of the installer are in English but after the big download, it changes.

 

I only speak English.

What do?

After rebooting & starting the process (and redownloading) 4 times it decided to stick to English. I don't know what the fuck was causing it to change between Japanese/Chinese but it finally worked. Got it all installed and it's great. Only issue, is that Classic Shell doesn't work well with Win10.

Okay out of all the ones I've seen today, this windows 10 thread takes the cake
