Good $50-$60 case?

Hey all, I'm building a PC for a friend and I can't seem to find a case that would suit his needs. I'm looking for something that has great cooling, and it doesn't have to be new, it can be an older used case as long as it's in good shape. So far it seems like the Rosewill Challenger is my best bet, but I'm asking around here to see if anybody can recommend something better. Good airflow is a must, dust filters are ideal. Corsair 200r is a good choice but if you can find an nzxt s340 in that price range i would go for that.-
