so everytime I stop playing cs or any other steam game i see my temps geting hot into 74 c and 78 c and im afread if I play too long it will get too hot .. I have a better heatsink on the way also adjusted power setting through processer to min I put it to 5% 20% and now its at 75% is this normal I am just freaked out a lil on my io bit performance monitor shows it in yellow and red is that it's too hot ...so are these numbers hot...also in wa in my room its hot and I have upgraded my case fans too - 1 front intake 2 top out take and a 1 back out as well

????   HELP IF U CAN  OH AND PLZ DONT BE RUDE IM LEARNING ALL THIS ..THANX FOR READING...

What CPU and cooler are you running, you want to keep an eye on the CPU core temps ideally, usually you want to keep it below 85C.

What CPU and cooler are you running, you want to keep an eye on the CPU core temps ideally, usually you want to keep it below 85C.

 

I bought a cheap deepcool CPU heatsink dual pipe cooler just with one fan blowing out towards my top back exhaust fan (dual bearing)
