YouTube Playback Issue in Chrome

So after upgrading to Windows 10 earlier this morning I've been having a playback issue with YouTube videos in Chrome which can be seen in this gif. http://gyazo.com/7cae2152f0ae55e230fd4a9bcb1857aa

I opened up Firefox and Edge to test it out in there to see if the same thing was happening but the video timeline function works perfectly fine in both of those, just not in Chrome. Anyone else having this issue or know of a fix?

Chrome seems to have some issues with Windows 10.

I just use Firefox, can't help you too much.
