i just installed windows 10 and tried to play gta 5 worst lag ive ever seen i open up afterburner and it cant identify my gpu but it shows its going from 100 percunt usage to 0 percent when just using chrome my rig is i5 4690k and gtx 760

have you updated your drivers?

 

what are the temps?

Install the latest Windows 10 driver from the nvidia forums. The normal release drivers aren't optimized for W10 yet.
