  1. Open Network Connections by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33_818, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, typeadapter, and then, under Network and Sharing Center, click View network connections.

  2. Right-click the network adapter, and then do one of the following:

    • To disable the network adapter, click Disable18abb370-ac1e-4b6b-b663-e028a75bf05b_48. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    • To enable the network adapter, click Enable18abb370-ac1e-4b6b-b663-e028a75bf05b_48. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    If you disable the adapter, you have to enable it again to connect to a network.

Um, well, you don't know what button you pressed? lol. But yea, you can always delete the old one and create a new one...

Um, well, you don't know what button you pressed? lol. But yea, you can always delete the old one and create a new one...

I no, I had a glance at it, but I pressed it by accident and it closed the window I had no time to read, it was in hungarian it was either: desable internet or ethernet.

I pressed the button in the middle with the little shield, in english it is "ban" or however windows would translate it. Except that that was when I was looking at the ethernet settings not the wireless.
