Anyway, its July 29th.. and Windows 10 hasn't came ringing on my inbox on my email.. is there a time today it should come out ?

Seriously though, it's just a matter of waiting now. The update is rolling out periodically. If you're impatient, try browsing r/windows10 or use the MS media creation tool and do the update manually by running the setup.

No need for a key and yes you will keep everything just download and click on a few buttons.
