corsair link issue

Okay so I recently switched my cpu cooler from the H100I to the H110i . after doing so my corsair link is refusing to work with the new cooler. The cooler itself works fine, fans spinning and pump working. I have it plugged into the right usb jack, when I reinstalled the program it gave me some kinda error message saying I didn't have permission to install the drivers and needed admin permission. I'm the only one that uses the pc so there's no admin. What do I need to do to make it work?

What operating system are you using? If you are running Windows 7 or higher, try to right click on the Corsair Link setup and 'Run as Administrator'.

Currently running 7, also if it helps corsair link isn't seeming to detect the H110I. When I tried the only H100I the same thing happened and the unit.
