Weird Local Disk thing

The selected drives are all really 1 drive. I've formatted all of the selected "drives" and restarted, but it still shows up like this. How to fix?

I'm one of those people who makes those bass music things.

First off, make sure you follow your threads.

 

You will have to go into disk manager, and remove the extra partitions, and then expand your primary partition.

 

Some instructions if you aren't sure how to do that.  Feel free to ask clarifying questions if you need.
