I need a laptop for lightroom and photoshop and premiere pro and blender!

Musts -

1. Ips screen for image editing

2. 8 gigs of ram

I would like a discrete gpu if possible.

Budget - 800 cad

Honestly for that budget I have no idea, I dont know any laptop with those specs for that price, certainly not with a dedicated GPU

I'm ready to give up the gpu but an ips screen is must as I have to do photo edits

Unfortunately, this is the closest you can get for something brand new. IPS panels are only found in machines that are in the more expensive range.
