cant start my pc

so i put my h81 mobo and my cpu i5 4460 (the mobo is gigabyte) and it wont start i put the pins where they say to put them

Well by the looks of it you don't actually have the pins for the power button plugged in so no wonder its starting...

 

somewhere coming out of the case there should be a set of wires with pw+- hdd and possibly recet, put the pw+-cable in the top row on the third and fourth pins of the line of pins directly above that box with pw written on it
