Upgrade to windows 10 failed

You will have a long queue to tell you the truth. If you want jump into Windows 10 try my instructions, it will work for everyone unless you are running Windows vista or XP.

Go to this https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 Once you landed on that page, click " Download Tool Now( Whatever OS version you have). For instance, if you have 32 bit OS click download " Download Tool Now(32bit version), if you have 64 bit OS click " Download Tool Now(64Bit)". After you got the application downloaded, click run and then click " Upgrade this PC". This should taking care of Windows 10 setup.

Did you try troubleshooting it??

 

Try to delete content of folder “C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download”, that will delete old logs of updates.

i do that it downloads its all going good

on creating media 64% it crashes and closes

You don't  click creating media, you click " Upgrade this PC".

i pressed that it still creates media after its done verifying and crashes

It shouldn't crash, probably try redownload the setup because i try that and is went fine. If you run 3rd party security software you want to disable that also.

redownloaded it multiple times and have no security software if i create media for another pc can i use that to upgrade?

Yes, but make sure you format the media drives.

yes i did still did't work

well I tried to update it my self and had "error 80070057" and "error 800246010" and after 3 hours of fixing corrupted files, I went on MS dreamspark and got my copy of WIn10 there
