Yes you can, if you were willing to see one for help

I watch ASMR videos when I cant sleep, they really help me relax

Look into your diet, try and reduce stressful things from your life, exercise, see if your hobbies effect your sleep etc

Best thing to fight a light form of insomnia is to engage in physical activities. Go play basketball/football, go to the gym, or just do some jogging/swimming. This will help you with pretty much everything in your life.

your fine I sleep 4-5hrs a night and I have been doing this for over 6 years and I see it as more time to do activities. So find yourself a good hobby or a part time job. Also get some exercise. So if you want to sleep basically get up get off your butt and go mow the lawn or go on a walk. Also your 14 WTH do you have to be stressed about.

Yeah, he should watch a few Fast as Possible before going to bed!

Joking, It has scientifically proven that if you FAP before you go to bed you will sleep 10x better.

Open your eyes and break your chains. Console peasantry is just a state of mind.

As someone with re-occurring insomnia, which usually flares up around this time of year. Here is some advice that can help.

Don't watch TV in bed. Using your bed for anything other than sleeping, or "cuddling" interferes with your' body's ability to treat it like a place of rest and sleep.

Avoid caffeine after dinner time. Specifically try not to consume any after 6 tops. This will make sure that the stimulating effects of it are out of your system before sleepy time.

Avoid electronics while in bed. The bright light from a LCD/LED monitor will interfere with the chemicals your body produces. Bright light increases chemical production your brain uses to keep you awake.

try sleepy time tea. They carry it in walmart and i've had decent success with it. it doesn't make you groggy or super drowsy but you get that "its time for bed feeling".

Try to avoid dumping a lot of sugar in it.

lastly try to have a set sleep schedule. try to go to bed around the same time every night if possible.  Sleep patterns are habit forming and if you go to bed around a similar time every day your body will start the getting sleepy process in advance of bed time.

hope some of this helps.
