Bios/Windows 10 Issues

So today I did the windoes 10 install, but when the pc rebooted in booted into normal windows 8. So I tried turning on windows mode in the bios and then it booted into some efi shell. So I turned it off and reseting bios settings(including the overlocking). Any way I can fix this? The motherboard is the one is my sig from dekstop 2.
