Why am I the Admin of my PC, but also not?

When I try to delete stuff, such as Microsoft Mail or Get Skype (those are annoying me after installing Win10 Though this was a problem in previous Windows too), I get a message saying I need Administrators Permission. It doesn't give the option to type in the admin password to finish deleting or give information about signing in as admin (which I always am). Stupid. I am the admin, my account is the admin account and also the only account.

How do I make this stop and give my admin account the full capabilities that it should already have?

I run my browser through NSA ports to make their illegal jobs easier. :P
If it's not broken, take it apart and fix it.

UAC is still a thing, and it's still disabled, did that in 8 and again in 10.

The majority of delete permission errors I have experienced were caused by corrupt NTFS permissions from Windows 8 (original version). Check the NTFS permissions of your files (Right-Click file/drive -> Security Tab -> Ensure the right settings are set for that file/folder). A clean install would most likely fix it all.

It's completely blown out of proportion. Also if you're the least bit worried about data gathering then you should go live in a cave a 1000Km from the nearest establishment simply because every device and every entity gathers information these days. In the current era privacy is just fallacy and nothing more.

I can set the file ownership manually though, should that not fix it? It doesn't but some of the files I want gone are originally "owned" by TrustedInstaller. But I think a fresh install would be a good thing anyways, I just don't have time to put aside for that currently.
