I use this link to get windows 10 because whatever I try I keep getting errors and can't get windows 10 that way, the pc of my mom is allready upgrading right now to windows 10 but my pc isn't

If I use this linkm will it perform an upgrade or a clean install? Xs I rather don't lose my documents and such xs

No, you just need to wait your turn to get it on your computer the right way. Not everyone gets it at the same time.

It can be used both as an upgrade, and a clean install (Via USB or DVD) You choose so when you run the tool.

Clean installl wipes all your data, upgrade does not.

mean what's the diffirence between that download link and the normall automatic way with windows updater?

Windows update is only for upgrade I suppose. However you probably could use those files to create an ISO, to make a clean install.. Obviously just using the link would be much easier.
