Program to see which device is using bandwidth?

Your router might have one built in. I'd start by checking there. Control panel is ussually accessed via 198.162.1.1

Yes, I know that. I have a Router NETGEAR DGN2200, I can see the attached devices, but is there a way to see how much bandwidth they're using too?
