For a non-overclocking cpu and motherboard, the stock cooler should be enough.

This build looks really fine. But i am not s sure about the Mini ATX. Sure its Badass but for later upgrades and stuff normal ATX is still better. 

So do you want a small pc or better upgrade compability later/use some adin PCi stuff like a wifi card etc?

I mainly went with a micro atx since it's typically more price friendly for budget builds. I'm sure there's other fair priced atx builds, but this one also allows more investing in other parts

Yes thats true. But ya basically he has to decide. There are also nice and cheap ATX parts out there. So its your decision what you wanna buy.

if you don't want the 380, get the 960. it's a slight step down in performance though

Theres a chunk rendering problem. When even a powerful card tries to run the game, instead of getting the fps it should be, there is a massive drop to arround 40 fps when the card is able to get around 400
