i know what you are talking about K70 is definetly bettter but it also cost alot more .... :/

the "beginner" is actually something good ? or bad ?

The G710+ is a great keyboard if you want the perfect all around keyboard.

K70 is like Dominator Platinum Ram.You only buy it if you want more bling lol.

Ignore my beginner remark

Yeah man it's great!

I have one right now and I have had it for over a year now and have had no issues. I did buy mine when it was about $150 and at the time it was on the higher end of keyboards but it was kind of before the craze of mechanical keyboards. And yes it is nice and durable!

The brown key switches on it are pretty quiet, you won't really hear the "tactile bump" like you would with other key switches.

Having the G keys are nice for most games if you're into setting it up but very useful.

I would really recommend it! But always do more research based on what you want.

I love my G710+ because I got it for under $100 earlier this year. I love brown switches, not a fan of the other louder ones. The wrist rest is kinda cheap looking. It kinda falls apart easily when you lift the keyboard up and try to clean it, especially since I like getting as much dust off as possible. Would I recommend it, hell yeah.

I never had an issue like that. I do remember reading reviews that rows of lights would go out but I haven't had a single issue.. Weird. guess i just got lucky! ;)

Only thing I can think of is that since they lowered the price maybe quality was also lossed. Idk just a theory.

If your keycaps break you can buy new ones from max keyboards. But if you want a more durable keyboard I would reccomend something from Ducky or CM storm if ducky doesn't fit your budget. The normal K70 has problems with LEDs dying, I don't think the RGB has the same problems but it's also more expensive.

I have a K70 Red, a K70 RGB Brown, and a K70 Blue. I use the G710+ all the time over those. The keyboards feel nice, sure, but the layout of the Logitech is just so much more usable for me.

I mean, it's all preference. I don't use the Red or Blue just because I can't stand the switches anymore, but I use the 710+ over the RGB because it fits how I use it better.

Before someone asks, I got the K70 with Reds for free, and I have the Blues because I wanted to annoy my roommate at the time. He was really mean. :)
