If I may, I would highly recommend not buying the 5930k. It has literally no benefit over the 5820k unless doing 4 way sli (which is stupid as fuck).

 

Also since thats how high your budget is... Mpower, x99x killer fatality x99 WS etc are all very good.

my budget will be fine for any board, the reason im going for the 5930k is with rendering and streaming with gaming at the same time, an extra 2 cores with hyperthreading will help in a big way for me, my i7 3770k currently can do triple rtmp at the moment but it pushes it to its limits so its makes things difficult. but i shall look into those boards youve suggested :)

The only benefit you would get from the 5930k from the 5820k is the additional PCI-E lanes. Both chips are 6 cores with hyper threading.

i just got a msi x99 sli plus and it ant bad .it has its issues cant take pc out of sleep with keyboard or mouse. but overall it is worth it for its price for no work got my 5820k at 3.8 with the oc button haven't messed with doing a overclock my self yet . have sli 970 atm on it  and looking for a m.2 ssd any good ones anyone can suggest

yeah ill be needing the extra pci-e lanes as ill be using multiple cards and more than likley a m.2 pci 4x card

right now pci 3.0 8x or 16x makes no difference for gaming.

 

 

To answer your question I would go with ASrock mobo and make sure it has m.2 4x as some mobos only have 2x.
