The only important thing about them is that they are not conductive. But I think every paste today inst conductive any more.

I personally like the MX4 most, because its not super expensive and simple to apply. But in general everything will work fine. Much more important is how you apply em. and don't use to much

Linus tells its BS and i tried it and basically it was BS 

did you really get better temps?

I've never used it before, but I remember seeing a thermal paste round up and the Coolabratory came on top. Linus even said they might have applied it wrong.
