1. What's a good motherboard that is compatible with these parts? Budget 45-75$
2. Are all my other parts compatible with each other?
3. Are my parts good for a -600$ build, or is there anything you would replace?
4. I don't plan on buying anything in my "optional" list at the moment, but I would like to hear your thoughts on whether I should. For example, do I need to buy the 212 Evo Cooler, or will the stock CPU cooler be good enough.
5. Thanks a lot for reading and any help.

If you can, try to save a litttle bit more, so you can get Intel>AMD.

This will be a nice build for $700.

Yes, and you don't need a aftermarket cpu cooler, because intel cpus don't generate heat..

If that was true try use it without a cooler... :P

I made a new build revolving around the i5. http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Crys6x/saved/ZcF9TW

I didn't get any compatibility errors. Is this build good for 650$ range?

for ram you should get a 2x4gb kit for the dual channel, its better than a single stick

unless if you're planing to add another later then thats ok

you might consider getting a gtx960 instead, its about $210 if it fits your budget otherwise build looks good
