Best Graphic Card for Work and Gaming with 650$

I'm wondering if anybody could give an opinion,

 

I'm starting an new personal system for work and gaming, I'll run programs as Photoshop, Autocad, 3dsmax and games as Project cars and Battelfield 4

 

What is the best graphic card to buy with 650$ and what brand??

Curently there are only two cards for this price and they are

nVidia GTX 980Ti

AMD R9 Fury X

 

Since you'll be running programs as  Photoshop, Autocad, 3dsmax

I would go with nVidia as those specific programs benefit form CUDA.

But you might wnat to look that up wether they support OpenCL, if they do then in that case AMD would be superior.

980 ti for 650$ reference but i would try to save up for one with an aftermarket cooler wich is a tad more expensive

and if youre getting an aftermarket 980 ti, the best is the g1 gamig, 2nd best is msi and zotac
