Egpu problem (Error 43)

My GTX 960 egpu had error 43 and I don't know how to fix it...

   8gb Ram
   Intel hd grahics
   Dell 60 watt laptop psu

   Exp Gdc Beast w/220 watt Dell psu
   Asus GTX 960 STRIX (2GB)

   Expresscard adapter
   /EGPU/
 Bios Vostro A10 something like that
