Ok, firstly, try to get an i5 if you can. Secondly, that motherboard is overkill, get an ASUS or Gigabyte H97 board. Thirdly, unless you get an overclocking CPU, that 1866 ram won't help you at al so save two bucks and get 1600. Finally, GET AN SSD if the budget allows. Of course you could get one later but it's a huge pain to transfer windows and files. Buy it now and you won't regret it. Everything else looks OK.

Hey i was just wonder if someone could give me some advice on build a gaming pc and if you know of any thing better thats around the same price of one of these compoment can you please tell me?

Looks pretty good for a first build, but it'd be very beneficial if you could fit an i5 into that budget.
