Seems like a rather common thing for that motherboard.

Previously on whitephoenix has problems with linux mint... his keyboard wasn't working and he didn't know why!

 

Well I just checked and apparently my blue usb 3.0 ports don't work in linux mint. This doesn't make anything non-functional currently but I will need them in the future. Anyone know anything about this?
