Linux mint disk partitioning

I cleared up my issue with all the recovery drives, they were just empty partitions windows created without any good reason, andnow I have 3 partitions remaining in the mint installer, free space, /dev/sda11 (my ssd storage partition I need to keep), and free space. How do I add the two freespaces together?

I'm running off live usb and could try that but first I want to see if I can do it all from within the installer

You can install GParted from you live USB. Just boot it up, choose "Try it" or something option, go to the software manager and download it.
