I know you can't download the iso now but I had a 32 bit version build 10130 laying around. I installed it to my laptop fine. Windows keeps getting stuck on a definition for defender update. It kept saying it couldn't update. Now when I try it says checking for updates, shows it's updating defender, goes back to checking for updates, goes back to updating defender, and back and force several times before it says it's up to date. If I check for updates it does it again. It's not up to date because it's still on build 10130. I was able to update windows 10 tech preview on vmware yesturday without any issues. I've already tried the reset option. I've tried restarting too.

Ok, I fixed the definition update but it still doesn't show a build version update.
