Can anyone suggest Action open world games (even in LA Noire/Mafia II style, with no freeroaming after main storyline), possibly TPS.

Skyrim (especially with the new Co-op mod Tamriel Online), Oblivion (With texture mods), Witcher 3, GTA 5,

and then we get to the extremes. More sandbox than open world I would say, but definitely deserve a shout out.

EVE Online (Most in-depth and deep game I have ever played. No matter how long you play or time you put into the game, and no matter how much effort you put in you will never know even 60% of the game. It is the most amazing, and thrilling, and boring game I have ever played. There is nothing else like it, and probably will not be anything else like it. I've spent almost $600 on it, and I do not regret a single cent spent on it.

Uhh, it's 8am here, and I've not slept in over 36 hours so nothing else is coming to mind.

Red Dead Redemption is probably one of the best open world games out there. It's also the only game I played through more than 2 times.

It's console only, so I didn't include it in the list of the Games I've played. I'll try Batman.
