odd problems with desktop and chrome

if you use the middle mouse click it automatically opens the link in a new tab, check that, I don't think its a virus problem tho

whenever i open chrome and click on a bookmarked site, it opens the site in a new tab and when i click on said tab it closes. whenever i press the back arrow (always on chrome) it opens a new tab and when i click on it (surprise) it closes again. i ran antivirus and nothing showed up. now with my desktop, whenever i try to move an icon it.. it just doesnt move. this justed started happening and im not sure what to do. i was thinking reinstalling windows but id rather go through all my options before reinstalling everything

that just made everything work, i can now use chrome normally and can now move desktop icons. i never use middle mouse to open tabs on chrome. might've accidentally hit that a few days ago. thanks
