Can't fix error 0xc000021a

Hello guys,

 

My brother had a bluescreen yesterday with the error code 0xc000021a. I tried fixing it but it didn't help.

 

What I've done is:

 

Switching SSD with OS, I replaced his ssd with mine but it still wouldn't boot. 

Switched RAM didn't do anything as well. 

And started without GPU didn't do anything as well.

 

I tried system recovery and that didn't do anything. Tried booting in safe mode but still got the blue screen. And when I tried to reinstall windows 8.1 with dvd I got black screen(but the screen still gave light) and norhing more.

 

Also cleared the cmos.

 

So I hope some of you know how to fix it. Can it be a problem with the motherboard or the CPU ? 

 

Specs:

 

CPU : AMD fx-6300

MOBO: Asus ma78l-m

RAM: Curcial balistix tactical 8gb @1600mhz

PSU: cx corsair 500wat

SSD: Kingston ssd now (before the scam )

Well never mind, I solved it by using gparded en formating the ssd
