I recently bought a new SSD. I moved windows and some other applications to it. It was working fine till I messed up the boot order, and with MSI Fast boot I couldn't open the bios to fix it. So I unplugged the drive so I booted into the bios then changed the boot order back then this happened.

basically your OS is installed in one of the drives (SSD probably) and the "support data", system registry, paging file, etc, are in the other. When you moved the boot order, the system does not know where to find anything anymore. Use the windows repair utility found in any instalation media (make a bootable USB in another PC and use that to troubleshoot this other PC).

In a worst case scenario, you might have to reinstall windows.

Planning on trying StarCitizen (Highly recommended)? STAR-NR5P-CJFR is my referal link

I always unplug all drives except the boot SSD when installing windows. Do that, and it'll save you from all this hassle. :)

Will that wipe everything I have on my SSD? And do I use the same disk I first installed it with?

I believe a reinstall will wipe your drive, yes. Yeah, use the same disk. You can't boot right, it just turns on to the boot manager screen?

Is their a way of fixing it that doesn't wipe everything?

Have you got access to another computer? If so, you could put the drive into that and see if you can copy your data over, then wipe your drive and reinstall. After you can copy you data back over.

Would a laptop work?

It can if you have a SATA to USB adapter. And if your laptop has enough empty storage space to hold the data you want to keep.
