Pc crashing... Please help

You might wanna try to reinstall windows again,your error code suggested  that you might have a broken driver or some device's drive was not installed properly.

 

It's hard to tell which one causes it,so best way to solve this is wipe out everything start it all over again...and install every driver properly...
