In dual graphics on normal, over 40 fps.

Minecraft 60fps on normal

I'd seriously consider getting better parts if I were you.

 

On the question of FPS, don't expect frame rates above 45 on normal settings.

Low end graphics cards are a ripoff in the same way as high end cards. Cards a step or two down from flagship usually give the best value in terms of performance/dollar. For low end cards you end up paying way too much for way too little performance.
