Hello

I've pretty much decided to get some nice LEDs for my build, since I want to enjoy it. I already wrecked the silence by putting some audible fans in the system, so it doesn't matter.

I snooped around on the forum, to see what voltages the fan controller runs at, it seems like 5, 7 and 12 volts. However, I also read that you should not use additional fan splitters on them because the cables can't handle it.

Would I be fine if I hooked up two LED strips, and then the stock fans hooked up by a fan splitter to just one of the connectors? Utilizing all three connectors, but having 4 items drawing power.

Should I just get a PWM y-cable instead, and make space for the LEDs power on the motherboard?

look up the amps needed for thse fans.

0.2 amps each fan, no clue on the LED. Just says 12v.
