Hi all I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem. I use a Logitech G700 mouse and when programming it using LGS you can make it so that it auto detects the game automatically and switch profile. The problem I have is making it detect steam games, most notably Blacklight Retribution, I cannot find the correct application .exe for it to detect. Anyone know how to make it correctly detect steam games and where the .exe are located. Am I use the wrong one under the steam folder?

For the .exe file of the game go to C:/ProgramFiles/Steam/SteamApps/Common/(GameTitleHere)/ and it should be in that folder, so if I do that for skyrim, I can find skyrim's .exe.

Not sure about it correctly detecting steam games, but I hope I helped.

I think the problem may be with Blacklight, I will test with other games but I don't have access to my computer at the moment. I did use the .exe in that folder but I think it just relates to Blacklight's launcher which is why it doesn't continue in the correct profile.

For a lot of games there's the launcher and the actual application, I'd try using both.

Such an old thread, but I found it when searching for a similar, but different issue.
Hope this helps anybody that finds this later.

After you start the game (or program), open your task manager.
Find the running program > right click it for options > open file location.
Now copy the location address for that .exe
Go to Logitech GS > profile you want to change > properties > add .exe
Just paste the address, select the correct .exe (should be same name as on task manager), and it should work.

If this doesn't fix it, I wish you luck on your Googling adventures.
