I cant use the scrollpad on my laptops touchpad.

It has always worked with windows 7 which was pre installed on the laptop, but when I recently switched to windows 10 insiders preview it just doesnt work anymore.

My laptop is: acer aspire v3-531

What I have tried:

Installing the latest touchpad drivers from the acer website, but no luck.

Installing the latest touchpad drivers from ELAN, but no luck

Tried completely uninstalling all the drivers, but it still wouldnt work.

Also tried changing the settings in the touchpad menu, but there is no option to turn it on or off.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
