EDIT1: go for z97, unless you have a older processor and don't mind updating the BIOS

 

EDIT2: Don't get that SSD, and don't get 120gb SSD cuz they normaly tend to be slower

 

EDIT3: Get an Aircooler, like an NH-U9S, or a NH-D15 if you're going to overclock

If your not going to overclock, this is going to be fine. The 1231v3 will give you an I7 performance for $100 less, additionally the 390 will give you plenty of good performance, let it be 1080p or higher. Plus and ssd and a quality antec psu to boot.

No. Using a locked cpu on a Z board, the board is Z87, and you're using V300's. Still just no.
