Does my Vcore seem a bit hot?

Yeah, it seems hot to me atleast... Not exactly sure if it's possible to lower it?

 

Edit: I changed the cpu load-line to lvl 1-5 and that lowered it quite a bit, but is it safe to run at lvl 1?

if it is the stock cooler for your processor, you're not gonna get much better temps than that no matter what you do

for an overclocked cpu and an air cooler... the temps seem pretty average as in what they should be at or even better i mean 4.7Ghz is a meaty overclock so those temps are actually pretty good
