R9 290X Tri - X 8G causing the post screen to corrupted? and Driver to crash

I've upgraded my Sapphire HD7870 to R9 290X Tri - X 8G and the gpu cause my post screen to corrupt and my driver to crash a lot

 

any help how to fix 

 

p.s:i will edit the post with pictures of the corrupt post screen

Maybe reinstall the drivers?
